1. Preparation before the installation of the flat tight sleeve
(1) The size of the assembly, toleranceand and surface roughness should meet the requirements

(3) After cleaning the flat tight sleeve binding surface evenly coated a thin layer of lubricant (excluding disulfide additives). The combined surface must be clean, dirt-free, corrosion-free and injury-free.
2. Installation of flat sleeves
(1) Move the connecting piece to the shaft so that it reaches the position specified in the design.
(2) The loosening screw of the swelling sleeve smoothly loaded into the drive roller shaft and cast weld wheel hub junction hole, to prevent the tilt of the binding parts, and then tighten the screw.
3. The method of tightening the screws of the flat set
(1) The use of torque wrench, according to the diagonal, cross principle of uniform tightening of the tightening sleeve.
(2) The tightening torque MA value of the screw shall be tightened according to the specifications of the technical parameters and shall be tightened according to the following steps:
a. Tighten b at 1/3MA value
b. Tighten c at 1/2MA value
c. Tighten
d. Check all screws at MA value
4. Protection of flat tight sets
(1) After installation, in the swelling sleeve exposed end face and screw head coated with a layer of rust-proof grease.
(2) In the open-air operation or work in a poor environment of the machine, should be regularly exposed on the flat end surface of the rust-proof grease.
(3) Need to work in the corrosive medium of the flat tight sleeve, should take special protection (such as cover plate, seal cover, etc.), in order to prevent swelling and tightening sleeve rust.
